Vegan Baker Banana Bread Maker on Kaua'i

Aloha! Welcome to the Kauai Bliss Photography blog. Please also visit website www.kauaiblissphoto.com to book Portrait Sessions, Weddings and more! Mahalo!!

Hollan Hamid is the genius chef/entrepreneur behind vegetarian restaurant Caffe Coco, located in Kapa'a, and Hippie Cafe, baked vegan goodies distributed Kauai island wide. In addition to running two businesses, a household with 3 kids and staying fit Hollan is dedicated to helping people feel better by eating better. Hollan is also extremely active in the fight to keep GMO farming off of Kaua'i and her passions for making this planet a better place are infectious.
I love photographing women in general and because my previous blogs this month feature women naturally lit I'm going to continue the pattern for a few more posts.
Hollan is also special to me because she follows her dreams and passions and works hard for what she believes. It's hard to go after your goals, and working for yourself can be scary but Hollan does not let fear get in her way and she does not hold back, always sharing her genius to help others find a healthier path. Hollan reminds me and encourages me to believe in myself and my passions, she is such a positive source of energy and attitude to admire.
Here she is pictured in a banana grove in Poipu.
